Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This patients diagnosed (via head MRI) with acute ischemic stroke (first onset within 72 hours)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients suffered from cerebral hemorrhage or transient ischemic attack; (2) patients admitted to the hospital 72 hours after onset; (3) patients whose etiology classifications are cardiogenic cerebral embolism, unclear cerebral infarction or rare etiological brain Infarction; (4) patients with previous history of stroke; (5) patients with NIHSS score over 15 points; (6) patients in coma; (7) patients with large area (maximum diameter of infarct area >4cm) of cerebral infarction; (8) aggravated patients due to new infarction in other vascular control areas or due to hemorrhagic transformation; (9) aggravated patients due to severe infection, cardiac insufficiency, or liver and kidney disease; (10) patients suffered from severe diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis coma or hyperosmolar coma.
