Age
65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >65 years old; 2. Patients undergoing general anesthesia for non-cardiac surgery; 3. The patient had no previous history of mental illness or language dysfunction; 4. Preoperative cognitive function assessment met clinical criteria; 5. The estimated duration of the operation >2h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA-v or VI; 2. Clinically definite diagnosis of coagulation dysfunction, severe heart failure, hepatorenal insufficiency and severe infectious diseases; 3. Moderate and above pulmonary dysfunction; 4. Suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. A history of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
