Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) outpatients or inpatients of Kangning hospital, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, aged >=60 years old, gender unlimited; 2) According to DSM-IV depression diagnosis standard, single-phase depression, first episode or recurrence, and diagnosed by two senior doctors, HAMD-17 score is greater than or equal to 17 points; 3) right handedness, normal language ability; 4) all patients / guardians need to sign the written informed consent of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) the patient or his family has a history of epilepsy; 2) have a history of head operation and serious trauma; 3) have a history of nervous system diseases and related diseases; 4) there is metal in the brain or known or unknown intracranial implants; 5) there was suicidal tendency and attempted suicide within 1 month; 6) there are any cases that do not meet the criteria of magnetic resonance scanning or transcranial magnetic stimulation test; 7) have a history of alcohol, drug or / and drug abuse and related diseases; 8) any possible obstacles that cannot follow the research program, such as speech disorder, claustrophobia, etc.
