22 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5 to 28kg/m2; 2. Aged <=35 years old; 3. The indication of pregnancy assistance is PCOS, and the factors of PCOS complicated with fallopian tubes; 4. All were the first COH cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe oligospermia for male; 2. Previous ovarian surgery, congenital uterine malformation, endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine cavity adhesion, etc 3. Accompanied by other endocrine diseases, such as hyperprolacemia, abnormal thyroid function, diabetes, etc.
