Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-90 years; 2. Perform elective/scheduled malignant tumor surgery under general anesthesia, expected operation time less than 2 hours; 3. The primary malignant tumor has not received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 4. Patient-controlled intravenous analgesia was used after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refuse to participate in the study; 2. Preoperative diagnosis included schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and myasthenia gravis; 3. Inability to communicate before surgery due to coma, severe dementia or language impairment; 4. Craniocerebral injury or neurosurgery; 5. Preoperative LVEF<30%, or patients with pathological sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (heart rate <50 beats/min), atrioventricular block above degree II and no pacemaker implantation; 6. Severe liver dysfunction (child-pugh grade C); 7. Severe renal dysfunction (preoperative dialysis); 8. Patients expected to survive no more than 24 hours.
