Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Periodontitis patients with stage I ~III and grade A or grade B periodontitis meet the diagnostic criteria of periodontitis formulated by the American association of periodontitis (AAP) and European association of periodontitis (EFP) in 2017; Adjacent face CAL detected in =2 non-adjacent teeth, or CAL=3mm in buccal or lingual teeth, and periodontal pocket =3mm; 2. The inclusion criteria for patients with rheumatic immune diseases were that they were diagnosed as rheumatic immune diseases by rheumatologists and had healthy periodontal health; 3. Patients with rheumatoid immune disease + periodontitis: in line with the inclusion criteria of rheumatoid arthritis and periodontitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have no occlusion or cannot complete data collection; 2. Accompanied by systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, liver and kidney function damage and other autoimmune diseases; 3. A pregnant or lactating woman; 4. Smoking history; 5. Periodontal treatment history within half a year; 6. Those who have taken antibiotics within three months; 7. Took vitamin D preparations or hormones within three months.
