Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. criteria for inclusion in the cerebrovascular disease group: 1) between 50 and 80 years old; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral vascular disease 3) MRI examination results were consistent with the characteristics of LA changes, and patients with moderate to severe leukoencephalopathy (Fazekas grade 2-3) were selected as the study subjects. 4) check cooperation 5) signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) a history of neurological diseases (such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, alzheimer's disease), a history of mental illness, drug and alcohol dependence, carbon monoxide poisoning, and other organic diseases that may cause cognitive decline; 2) white matter lesions caused by diseases of immune diseases, inflammation, tumors, poisoning and closed brain injury; 3) patients with intracranial macrovascular stenosis confirmed by angiography; 4) contraindications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 5) patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases and thyroid diseases; 6) can not head MR.
