Group 1:Intravenous injection of nalbuphine 0.1 mg/kg 15 minutes before induction of anesthesia
Group 2:Intravenous injection of nalbuphine 0.2 mg/kg 15 minutes before induction of anesthesia
Group 3:Intravenous injection of nalbuphine 0.3 mg/kg 15 minutes before induction of anesthesia

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, patients aged 18-65 years undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of chronic pain and history of long-term analgesics; 2. history of drug addiction and history of opioid allergy; 3. severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg; diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg); 4. severe liver and kidney disease and coagulation function.
