Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40-80 years old; (2) cranial MRI showed definite white matter lesions; (3) systolic blood pressure >=140 and/or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) accompanied by mental disorders or unclear consciousness; (2) secondary hypertension; (3) a history of new acute stroke or previous history of severe stroke; (4) patients with congenital vascular disease or cerebral artery occlusion; (5) white matter lesions caused by other causes, such as multiple sclerosis, hypoxia, poisoning, etc.
