Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients and their families signed informed consent;Type of surgery (radical prostatic cancer;Radical treatment of colorectal cancer.Total cystectomy); Aged >= 65; BMI = 65; BMI < 30 kg/m2; the operation time more than 1.5 hours; Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade is > 3; Severe pulmonary bullae; History of pneumonectomy; Preoperative CPAP or other respiratory support; Increased intracranial pressure;
