Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI; 2. aged >=60 years old; 3. informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with hypertension and uncontrolled blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmhg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmhg); 2. have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. those who have a history of mental illness (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.), or who have severe aphasia and audio-visual disorder, or who have a history of severe organ failure, myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal system disease and other contraindications; 4. cognitive impairment caused by depression (ODS) >=1 point; 5. cognitive impairment caused by drugs or poisoning; 6. other clinical trials that are participating in the evaluation of the results of this study.
