Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3-14 who were diagnosed with OSAS after PSG monitoring in the sleep center of Beijing children's hospital were collected.Minimum blood oxygen at night < 92%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) children diagnosed with central apnea by PSG monitoring; 2) craniofacial dysplasia: down syndrome, Crouzon syndrome, chondroplasia, mandible hypoplasia, mandible facial dysplasia, etc.; 3) nasosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, asthma, acute/suppurative tonsillitis acute phase; 4) had a history of upper respiratory tract infection 2 weeks before inclusion; 5) had a history of adenoid, tonsil, larynx, upper airway, lung, thoracic and heart surgery; 6) children with Attention deficit -- hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) who are receiving medication; 7) laryngeal chondromalacia; 8) body-mass index (BMI) Z score >=3; 9) morbid obesity; 10) down syndrome or other chromosomal abnormalities; 11) Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS); 12) neuromuscular diseases (including cerebral palsy); 13) acute/chronic diseases of the nervous system, history of neurosurgery and diseases related to cognitive dysfunction; 14) the onset period of any internal or surgical disease; 15) other diseases that affect health, such as serious heart disease, kidney disease, lung disease, etc.; 16) need to use sleep or sedative drugs to maintain sleep; 17) parents disagree with this study.
