20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MRI results showed osteochondral lesions of the talus,and lesion area was less than 1.5square centimeters after arthroscopic debridement; 2. disease duration was greater than six months,and regular conservative treatments were ineffective; 3. Patient's lateral ankle joint without fractures,surgery,etc.; 4. patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with rheumatoid arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune diseases; 2. combined with bleeding disorders or blood diseases; 3. combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,hypertension diabetes and malignant tumors and malignant tumors and other surgical contraindications; 4. The patient should take anticoagulant recently.
