Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the cases from the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Xiyuan Hospital, all cases have been confirmed by the pathology department of our hospital as: plasma cell mastitis case (20 cases), Mammary fibroids (20 cases),adenosis of breast(20 cases), the patients are female, aged 28-45 years old, non-lactation period. The specimen is obtained by surgical removal and puncture biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed that the tissue contains tuberculosis and malignant tumor cells; 2. Pregnancy and lactation.
