24 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy periodontitis patients aged 18 to 65 years old; The initial periodontal therapy has been completed, and at least one intrabony pocket with a depth >=3 mm exists in each side, which is confirmed using X-ray; Good oral hygiene.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who can not properly maintain oral hygiene; Pregnancy or lactation women; Women planning pregnancy during the study; Poor overall health, unable to perform periodontal surgery; Smokers.
