Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair for periarthritis fracture or rotator cuff injury; 2. 7 weeks to 12 weeks after surgery; 3. surgical incision recovery is good, no infection, suppurative; 4. the shoulder joint of the affected side had no previous history of surgical trauma; 5. conscious, compliance is good, can complete the prescribed training and adhere to the training, regular review; The patient himself signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with trunk fracture; 2. patients with serious heart disease, primary hypertension and other medical diseases and mental trauma, cognitive dysfunction; 3. unable to tolerate or accept proprioception training; 4. compliance is not willing to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
