Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. psychiatrists / nurses who have obtained the qualification certificate of licensed doctors / nurses; 2. the patients with mental diseases and the major caregivers in families: (1) the patients were diagnosed by psychiatrists as one of the following diseases: schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder; (2) the major caregivers in families: living in the family with patients for more than 6 months per year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. For psychiatrists / nurses: (1) working in Outpatient, Emergency departments, MECT and Disinfections Supply Department, as well as retired, reemployed, interned doctors/nurses; (2)engaging in advanced studies. 2. the patients with mental diseases and the major caregivers in families: (1) use marijuana, heroin, methamphetamine and other substances within half a year; (2) severe alcoholism within half a year; (3) the patients have one of the following conditions: other types of mental diseases, nervous system diseases, brain development disorders, or intolerable due to serious trauma and physical diseases; (4) for major caregivers: with any mental disorders.
