Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 65 years; American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I ~ II; Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under general anesthesia; Primary school education or above; Preoperative MMSE score >=24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe visual and auditory disorders; Unable to cooperate with the completion of the test; Serious heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney diseases; Preoperative mental illness and cognitive impairment; A history of drug abuse or addiction; Local anesthetic allergy history; Puncture site infection.
