21 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HbA1C :7-10; 2. Depressive symptoms (PHQ score): 5 or more; 3. Physical activity less than 3 times per week for non-physical reasons (standard 30 minutes per time); 4. BMI:18.5-45; 5. Aged 21-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Miting factors (physical inability to exercise); 2. Inevitable shedding (such as possible change of location); 3. Currently in need of specialized psychological help (severe mental disorder, strong suicide, equal); 4. Antidepressant drugs and other psychotherapy are being used.
