18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteerly participate, informed consent form be signed. 2. Aged 18-60 years. 3. Normal group: no serious systemic disease, the impacted teeth need to be removed, and the impacted teeth have no inflammation. 4. Periapical periodontitis group: had received root canal treatment, but was diagnosed with periapical periodontitis through clinical indicators and symptoms, including pre-operative apical radiographs, panoramic radiographs, conical beam CT and post-operative histological examination, and did not take antibiotics or hormone drugs for three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Normal group: patients with apical or periodontal lesions;Having a genetic history;Having received or recently received radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Periapical inflammation group: patients with autoimmune disease, cardiovascular disease, neurological disease, tumor, fever, headache, lymph node enlargement.
