Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary atrophic rhinitis typical symptoms, such as nasal congestion, hyperventilation, nasal or facial pain, nasal dryness, difficulty falling asleep, etc.; 2. Endoscopic examination revealed a wide nasal cavity with partial or complete absence of the inferior turbinate; 3. Have partial or total turbinectomy surgery histroy; 4. Nasal CT scan showed enlarged nasal cavity and inferior turbinate bone destruction; 5. General condition is good, without abnormal liver and kidney functions; 6. Conservative drug treatment for more than one year, and the effect is not good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In liver function, the index of gu c and gu cao exceeds 2 times of the upper limit of normal, abnormal renal function is combined with clinical symptoms or other abnormal organ function; 2. Patients with serious basic diseases, chronic diseases, hypertension and diabetes are not well controlled; 3. Those who have mental disorders or severe neurological diseases and cannot take care of themselves; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Under the age of 18 years.
