Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Chronic heart failure is diagnosed as chronic heart failure according to the latest diagnostic standard of chronic heart failure by the attending doctor or above; (3) The disease control is stable and in a stable period; (4) Normal speech, normal understanding and reading and writing ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cannot take self-care due to disability; (2) During the study, organic brain lesions such as cerebral infarction occurred, resulting in complete loss of self-care ability.
