Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) natural conception, singleton, suitable for gestational age, gestational age 24-36+6 weeks; (2) within 24 hours after birth and transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit of Shanghai Children's Medical Center and discharged from hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) No major prenatal and intrapartum complications, such as history of asphyxia, history of intrapartum resuscitation and rescue; (2) Maternal preeclampsia or eclampsia, maternal HIV infection, maternal alcoholism or illegal drug use during pregnancy, maternal radiotherapy or chemotherapy during pregnancy; (3) there are patients with convulsion, abnormal mental development or mental illness in first-degree relatives and other families; (4) significant congenital malformation and unable to judge whether it is complicated with neurodevelopmental abnormality, grade 3 or above intracranial hemorrhage and periventricular leukomalacia; (5) contraindication of MRI examination; (6) the guardian refused to participate in the researcher.
