Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were 18 to 85 years of age with sepsis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients with stage 4 or 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD) (clearance creatinine <30 ml/min), kidney transplant patients; Length of stay in ICU < 24h, patients with AKI, patients with end-stage tumor disease, patients who refuse to resuscitate, and patients with a history of allergy to antibiotics or other drugs.
