Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18 and 65 years oldr; 2. preoperative imaging diagnosis of VS, Koos grade 4; 3. preoperative ASA level 1-2; 4. preoperative evaluation of facial nerve function for H - B I level; 5. patients voluntarily sign the informed consent form on the premise of knowing the research content in detail.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. after any form of radiotherapy; 2. cervical spondylolisthesis and cervical instability; 3. neurofibromatosis type2(NF2); 4. second operation.
