Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage I-III small cell lung cancer; 2. Blood routine, liver, kidney function and cardiac function are basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. KPS <=70 points; 2. severe ventilatory dysfunction of pulmonary function; 3. bone marrow suppression of grade 3 or higher; 4. moderate to severe cardiac dysfunction.
