Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis who meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Children under 14 years of age; 3. The abdominal pain is the main manifestation of the first time; 4. The child was admitted to the study under the condition that his legal guardian signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of abdominal pain as acute appendicitis, intussusception, malignant lymphoma, abdominal Purpura, intestinal spasm; (2) Children who have been diagnosed with pneumonia during treatment may affect the effect indicator observers of this study; (3) The combination of major life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems and children with mental illness.
