Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >=35 years old; patients with COPD risk factors, diagnosed as COPD after screening. The diagnostic criteria meet the guidelines (2019 GOLD Global Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Initiative: Global Strategy for Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention of COPD), and can skilled in using smartphones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications for pulmonary function tests such as active hemoptysis, pneumothorax, and bullae; severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, extremely weak body, and patients who are not considered suitable for the study, and who did not sign the informed consent form.
