Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In-service registered nurses in the intensive care unit (including ICU, CCU, neurosurgery ICU, and respiratory medicine ICU) of a tertiary hospital in Shenzhen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The nurses who have not obtained their nursing license or who are not working in the hospital during the implementation of the study (including sick leaves, maternal leaves, personal leaves and training in other institutions) and nursing students are excluded from this trial.
