Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 2-18 years, who were scheduled for upper endoscopy in our center were enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. has contraindications for upper endoscopy; 2. emergency procedures; 3. history of upper GI tract sugery; 4. known allergy to the premedication; 5. refuses to participate in this study.
