Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children under 16 years old who were scheduled to undergo gastroscopy due to various digestive diseases in the pediatric digestive clinic of Peking University third hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who diagnosed with eosinophilic gastroenteritis, inflammatory bowel disease and other special diseases; 2. Children who use antibiotics within 1 month; 3. Children who take probiotics or proton pump inhibitors and other drugs affecting gastric microbiota within 1 month.
