Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 3 years old (36-47 months old); 2) Continue to participate in the project within 2 years; 3) The general health status is good, there is no history of taking drugs for a long time, no antibiotics have been used recently, and no other projects have been taken; 4) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of allergies.
