Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The included diagnostic criteria for UC and CD patients were all based on the consensus opinions on diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (2012 Guangzhou) formulated by inflammatory bowel disease group, gastroenterology branch, Chinese medical association.The control group was the patients who underwent physical examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University during the same period, whose age and gender were matched with IBD patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients complicated with autoimmune diseases, neoplasia diseases, infectious diseases, severe cardiopulmonary and other organic diseases, taking ACEI/ARB drugs, having a history of acute infectious gastroenteritis within the past 1 month and failing to express it properly and cooperating with the examination.
