Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 20-79 years; (2) in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization, the fasting blood glucose was higher than 125 mg/dl (6.9mmol / L) or the blood glucose was higher than 199 mg/dl (11.0mmol/L) after oral administration of 75g glucose for 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) there were other definite causes of inner ear injury: noise damage, history of ototoxic drug use, Meniere's disease, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and vestibular neuritis; (2) patients with middle ear disease; (3) there was no serious systemic disease.
