Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old, male or female; 2. A definite diagnosis of CKD (according to the criteria of CKD diagnosis and staging in KIDIGO-2010 guide); 3. Causes of CKD disease are involved in the scope of the study; 4. Urine volume>=1000 ml/day; 5. eGFR>=15 ml/min/1.73m2; 6. Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe edema; 2. urine volume <1000 ml / day; 3. eGFR<15 ml/min/1.73m2; 4. difficult to control diabetes, high blood pressure or combined tumors, severe cardiopulmonary liver disease, cerebrovascular accident, mental illness or acute infectious disease; 5. severe electrolyte disorder; use of lithium preparations and high-dose diuretics; 6. pregnancy, planned kidney transplantation during the study period; 7. joining other clinical researchers; 8. serum ALB <30 g / L; 9. Can not join any other circumstances of the trial.
