Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed as osteoarthritis of the knee with unilateral initial artificial THA indication;All patients had no previous history of knee surgery, and all patients signed the operation and anesthesia protocol and the informed consent to be included in the study. (2) above the age of 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of thromboembolic disease (i.e., deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or pulmonary embolism (PE)), thrombotic disease, recent arterial thromboembolic events (such as myocardial infarction or stroke), hypercoagulant status, hemophilia; (2) recent use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants or autoimmune diseases; (3) exclude patients allergic to anesthetic drugs used in this study; (4) refuse to accept blood products.
