18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is between 18 and 75 years old; 2. First coronary angiography at admission; 3. Initial diagnosis of coronary heart disease at admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous coronary stenting; 2. Previous coronary angioplasty, coronary artery bypass surgery; 3. Combined with severe heart valve disease; 4. Active myocarditis; 5. Active pericarditis; 6. There is a serious infection; 7. Have renal insufficiency; 8. Have liver dysfunction; 9. Life-limiting diseases other than heart failure; 10. Mental or legal incapacity; 11. Abuse of drugs or alcohol in the past 2 years; 12. Participate in any investigative drug trials during the past 4 weeks; 14. Liver enzymes are more than three times the normal range; 15. Have tumor-related diseases; 16. Always entertained outside; 17. Cannot cooperate with this study.
