Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age: 16-60 years old; (2) according to the diagnostic criteria put forward by Leon in 2015 review, patients with heat stroke (HS) are defined as thermal diseases characterized by core temperature (Tc) exceeding 40.5°C and central nervous system dysfunction after exposure to high temperature and humidity or intense physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignant diseases such as tumors; Those who had taken drugs to interfere with the immune system, such as hormones or immunosuppressive drugs, in the last 3 months; Virus carriers, such as AIDS, HBV, etc.
