Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years. 2. Provide written consent. 3. In chronic phase CML at diagnosis. 4. No prior history of treatment failure on TKI treatment. 5. Receiving TKI therapy for at least 3 years. 6. Initially receiving standard dose of TKI treatment at diagnosis. 7. In major molecular response with intolerable adverse events or in deep molecular response for at least 2 years and willing to participate in dose de-escalation and then interruption of tyrosine kinase inhibitor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With other concomitant primary malignant cancer.
