Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) BW <2000g. (2) UVC is inserted within 24 hours after birth. (3) The patient received full medical treatment according to physicians order. (4) Patients parents agree to sign a written consent for UVC procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Clinical information of the patient is not complete. (2) Before being admitted, the patient has already had an UVC be inserted in another hospital which is not a participating site of this study.
