Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative diagnosis of common bile duct stones by CT or MRCP; 2) Stone diameter >= 1.4 cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones; 2) upper gastrointestinal stenosis or stenosis of the common bile duct; 3) significant abnormal blood coagulation; 4) poor cardiopulmonary function can not tolerate ERCP surgery; 5) iodine contrast agent or more Those with severe drug allergies; 6) history of previous combined ERCP procedures; 7) history of previous combined PTCD procedures; 8) other endoscopic treatment contraindications.
