18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male or female, aged >= 18 years; (2) Definitive diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy of chemotherapy, and oxaliplatin in the chemotherapy regimen; (3) Dissatisfaction with pain control, visual pain simulation score (VAS) >= 4 points; (4) no neurological dysfunction; (5) Those who can understand and fill out various rating scales; (6) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe heart, lung and kidney dysfunction; (2) those with coagulopathy; (3) cognitive dysfunction or poorly matched patients; (4) Those who are allergic; (5) Patients with contraindications to test drugs (respiratory depression, paralytic ileus, and unconsciousness); (6) Have a history of drug abuse; (7) Patients with mental disorders or those who have been judged by the investigator to be unfit for this test.
