Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for First or recurrence DSM-V depression; 2. Aged between 15 and 50 years; 3. Did not take any antidepressants treatment and other antipsychotics within 12 weeks before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Schizophrenia and other mental diseases; 2. History of alcohol or other substance dependence abuse; 3. History of cardiovascular, lung, kidney, liver, brain, digestive system endocrine system and other systemic diseases; 4. Hemograms, liver orkidney function abnormal; 5. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 6. History of Mania or hypomania; 7. Inflammatory diseases or received antibiotics within recent.
