18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by histology, stage I, II or IIIA operatable esophageal carcinoma; 3. ECOG PS score is 0-1; 4. The blood routine and biochemical indicators are basically normal, and ECG is basically normal.White blood cell count >= 2,000 / mm3, central granulocyte count >= 1000 / mm3, platelet count >= 100,000 / mm3, hemoglobin >= 9 g / dL, creatinine = 92%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunodeficiency, ongoing systemic immunosuppressive therapy, active autoimmune or infectious disease, and clinically significant concurrent cancer, allergies, chemotherapy or anti-tumor therapy, and other types of malignant tumors; 2. Previously received immunotargeting therapy; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Suffering from interstitial pneumonia, chronic hepatitis and AIDS; 5. Received other types of immune therapy in the last four weeks.
