Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ocular surface diseases, e.g. keratitis, MGD,corneal graft rejection,dry eye; 2. Only one eye of a patient will be eligible for study entry; 3. Patients who are adult males and females who are aged 18 or older, and are considered mentally sound; 4. Patients who have ability and willingness to return for all scheduled visits and assessments; 5. Patients who have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are incapable, either by law or of mental state, of giving consent in their own right; 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Patients with a history of drug allergy; 4. Systemic condition is poor, such as myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, renal failure,cancer and so on,and the researchers assessed those who are unable to complete the trail.
