A:AMO(amoxicillin)-CLA(clarithromycin)-PPI(proton pump inhibitor) 14days
B:MO-CLA -bismuth 14days
C:AMO-CLA-PPI-bismuth 14days
D:PPI-AMO 5 days and PPI-CLA-MET(metronidazole) 5 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hp-infected children with indications for eradication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who has received Hp eradication therapy previously; (2) patients who took antibiotics or Bismuth within 1 month and took PPI or H2RA within 2 weeks; (3) patients who are accompanied by serious illnesses of other systems.
