Experimental group 1:Early rehabilitation started within 48 hours of admission
Experimental group 2:Early rehabilitation starts from 48 hours to 1 week after admission
Control group:Rehabilitation training started 1 week after admission

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Comply with the revised stroke diagnosis points of the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, confirmed by CT or MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with palliative care, coma, immediate surgery or interventional therapy; 2. those who are unable to cooperate with language and consciousness barriers; 3. patients with unstable vital signs; 4. Others who are judged by the doctor to be unfit for exercise.
