Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as hypertension, the diagnostic criteria are shown in the annex; 2. This study selected patients who would receive abdominal surgery and lumbar surgery; 3. Asaii-iii grade, aged >18 years, BMI< 30kg/m2; 4. Approved by the ethics committee and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude abnormal coagulation, nasal infection, skull base fracture, nasal deformity, chest wall stiffness, thoracic deformity, facial deformity to mask airtight and loose, cervical spine fracture or stiff head cannot tilt back; with history of serious brain, liver or kidney diseases.
