Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 50 and 80 years; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral small vessel disease; 3) MRI findings meet the changing characteristics of LA, with moderate to severe leukoaraiosis (Fazekas grade 2-3) patients as subjects; 4) Check cooperation; 5) Those who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of neurological diseases (such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease), history of psychosis, history of drug and alcohol dependence, carbon monoxide poisoning, and other organic diseases that can cause cognitive decline; 2) White matter lesions caused by diseases of immune diseases, inflammation, tumors, poisoning, and closed brain damage; 3) Angiography confirmed the presence of large blood vessel stenosis in the skull; 4) Contraindications for combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 5) Those with serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic diseases and thyroid diseases; 6) Can not perform head MR.
