Interventions

vibration in Stepping group:Stepping vibration treatment. Vibration amplitude:1 mm
frequency: 5 Hz
Once a day, 5 times a week for 6 weeks
vibration in Extension group:Extension vibration treatment. Vibration amplitude:1 mm
vibration in Semi-squat position group:Semi-squat position vibration therapy. Vibration amplitude 1 mm, vibration frequency 5 Hz
Once a day, 5 times a week for 6 weeks.
control group:without vibration therapy

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) a history of stroke with unilateral hemiplegia for at least 6 months; (2) can not use auxiliary equipment to walk independently 10 meters; (3) MMSE score >= 24 points; (4) can stand independently for at least 1 minute; (5) stable vital signs; (6) aged 40-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with severe dementia or aphasia, severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate; (2) patients cannot cooperate to complete WBV training; (3) ataxia or any other symptoms of cerebellar stroke; (4) participating in other research or rehabilitation projects; (5) serious musculoskeletal and cardiovascular diseases; (6) pregnancy or menstruation; (7) confirmed by blood vessel color doppler ultrasound of venous thrombosis in the extremities.
